Policies
Delivery Policy
All sales are final and no credit is given for unused gas. Payment is due within 20 days of delivery.
Load-to-load customers: Your balance must be paid before your next delivery. If you pay online on the day of a scheduled delivery, please call our office to confirm receipt.
Prepay customers: Payment must be made before delivery. If you pay online on the day of a scheduled delivery, please call our office to confirm receipt.
Payment & Billing Policy
Payments are due within 20 days of delivery. Online payments can be made by credit or debit card and will reflect on your account the same day. A finance charge of 1.5% per month may be charged on balances over 30 days. Reasonable collection costs may apply to unpaid accounts.
Your delivery invoice will be left at your residence, mailed or emailed according to your preference. Payments may also be made by mail, in person during office hours, or by phone. For billing questions, call (603) 882-7811.
Privacy Policy
Bot-L-Gas collects only information you voluntarily provide through the customer portal or email. We use it to service your account and do not sell it. Service providers that help operate our website, process payments or conduct our business may receive necessary information and are expected to maintain confidentiality.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information online and offline. Credit-card data is encrypted during transmission. No transmission method is completely secure, and interception or unauthorized access remains possible. You may opt out of providing information at any time.
